Upon signing the agreement, partners are invited to request access to the reserved Data Room through the dedicated online form, thereby formally registering the introduction of a Qualified Client.

The framework is further strengthened by a 24-month non-circumvention commitment, mutual confidentiality obligations, and GDPR-compliant data processing procedures. Available in Italian, English, and German.
